AGREEMENT FOR ASSIGNMENT

THIS AGREEMENT, entered into between Client, herein after referred to as "JUDGMENT CREDITOR" and Infinity Group, LLC, herein after referred to as "ASSIGNEE".  JUDGMENT CREDITOR hereby agrees to assign all rights, interest in and title to the judgment entered against  ______________________________________ (Debtor/Defendant), Case Number _____________________, to ASSIGNEE for a period of 3 years from the date executed below.

ASSIGNEE will advance all expenses for asset search, skip tracing and collection. JUDGMENT CREDITOR will not incur any expenses in collecting the above mentioned judgment. JUDGMENT CREDITOR understands ASSIGNEE is not a collection agency. Upon successful collection of said judgment, ASSIGNEE will disburse the total funds collected as follows:

Amount collected including interest less costs and expenses to recover the judgment are split:

        50 (fifty) % to Client, JUDGMENT CREDITOR

        50 (fifty) % to Infinity Group LLC, ASSIGNEE

THE ASSIGNEE agrees to assign the said judgment back to the JUDGMENT CREDITOR in the event of unsuccessful collection. This Agreement will expire three years for the date this document is executed. If the defendant's assets,  personal property,  real property or wages are liened/or garnished before the expiration of this agreement,  both parties agree that this AGREEMENT will continue beyond the expiration date until such date as collection via said liens/or garnishments are sufficient to satisfy the judgment.
